Thanks again for your wealth of information!

If both member/mamgers of the LLC have Salesperson licences do you need to get another livescan form for the dealer application?

another dealer told me if I had a valid salesperson licence it was not needed.

Is this true?

Thanks again!

hello joe

YES the ADM9050 form is to be signed by each LLC member mqanager in the presence of the DMV inspector
or
it must be signed and notarized by each member manager if completed prior to meeting the DMV inspector

The ADM9050 form allows the DMV, specifically the Director of the DMV
to accept legal service on behalf of any licensed dealer

This becomes an issue when a dealer does not met his obligations and faces a car dealer bond claim
or
when a dealer makes himself unavailable for legal service in a court action

If the DMV director accepts legal service on behalf of a dealer
the dmv inspector assigned to that dealer will make actual service on behalf of the director

hope that helps you understaqnd this important car dealer applicatio form the ADM9050

THX

hello joe

we will of course be happy to help you rebuild your car dealer license
in regards to your questions:

all owners of a car dealership holding 10% interest or more
must take our pre-licensing car dealer class and pass the test

car dealer license ownership can be held as a sole proprietor, partnership, llc or corporation
llc member managers are considered owners by the dmv
corporate board members are considered owners by the dmv

we will re-certify you for a special price of $ 100.
you will have to attend one of our pre-licensing classes now held in 39 cities
our class list is published at gotplates.com

any change of ownership
or change of structure
is considered a re-start by the dmv
and you must start from scratch

hope that helps you

thx

Joseph
